Program information

Your program does NOT meet one or more of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Operating and serving children during the funding period;
  • Are in good standing with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (under Minnesota Rules, Chapter 9502 or 9503) or their tribe and have not been:
    • Subject of a finding of fraud
    • Prohibited from receiving public funds under Minnesota Statutes, Section 245.095
    • Under revocation or under temporary immediate suspension.

Additionally, your program may meet the below criterion which would make your program ineligible.

  • Your program has a past due Great Start Compensation Use of Funds Report. Once you submit your report, you will immediately be eligible to apply for monthly Great Start Compensation funding again during application periods.

Once you have updated your email address in the Provider Hub, you will be able to request a new Base Grant application link email at this website.
