DHS Appeal Party Document Submission

Use this form to submit documents, pictures, audio and video to the DHS Appeals Division for your appeal. DO NOT use this form to start a new appeal. To start a new appeal, go to Appeal to State Agency (DHS-0033-ENG).

Your total submission size (all attachments combined) cannot be larger than 500 MB. Attempts to make a submission larger than 500 MB will not be successful.

After clicking the submit button, you will receive confirmation that your document(s) were submitted if your attempt was successful. If you do not receive the confirmation, your submission is too big and was not received. You will need to resubmit the document(s) using multiple submissions of smaller file sizes.

Large exhibits, such as audio and video files, should be sent in separate submissions to avoid exceeding the 500 MB limit. Your submission is not completed until you receive the confirmation.
