The MNIT and Minnesota Department of Human Services are seeking public participation in paid feedback opportunities for digital tool and services related to applying for human services benefits. Payment received for participation will not impact current or future human services benefits or eligibility for future benefits.
We're inviting residents of Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older to register to be contacted by digital experience design teams with opportunities to provide feedback on website-based products and services.
Residents who register and are selected for feedback participation will be paid for their time. Amount of payment will vary depending on the feedback opportunity.
Residents who have applied for food program, cash program, childcare, and/or housing assistance program support within the past 18 months are encouraged to register to provide feedback that will help us design and improve digital tools for all Minnesotans.
